The Anti-Human Trafficking Unit (AHTU) of Outer-North District Police has rescued three missing girls, including two juveniles, from Surat, Gujarat.
The case was registered at PS Narela on 15Sep and FIR was registered after girls went missing.
A special team of AHTU was formed, including ASI Manoj Kumar, HC Sandeep, W/HC Seema, and W/HC Suman, under the supervision of Shri Hareshwar Swami, DCP, Outer-North District.
The team spoke to the families and friends of the missing girls, collected local information, and used modern methods like mobile tracking, social media search, call record analysis, and ground visitsto trace them.
On 29 Sep, after continuous efforts, the team found the girls staying at a house in Kapodra, Surat, Gujarat.
The rescued girls are:
1. “P” (23 years, daughter of “M”)
2. “Ra” (17 years, daughter of “D”)
3. “Aa” (14 years, daughter of “Za”)
They were safely recovered and handed over to their families after completing all legal formalities.
DCP Hareshwar Swami, praised the team and said, “The quick action of AHTU ensured the safety of the girls. This case shows how important it is to act fast and stay alert to protect children and women from trafficking or exploitation.”
The success of this operation once again shows the commitment of Outer-North Delhi Police to protect vulnerable children and bring them back safely to their families.
